after another whole week's worth of schoolwork, i can finally rest..a bit.

some unforgettable events. the english monologue was okay, as i got to heal before i did it. unfortunately, i think i panicked while performing and skipped 2 paragraphs of my speech. thankfully, i recovered. oh, and according to sir "i moved too much on stage". well, as bad as that may seem, that's a good step for me. dati kasi parang bato lang ako sa stage eh. odiba. at least ngayon gumagalaw na, be it too drastic. for my effort, i got an 8.2/10. not as good as my other classmates, but good enough for me. i'm not really that type of person anyway. success! we had computer class last thursday. i must say, even if it was boring as hell, we had a bit of fun. you see, miss ech was wearing err..something revealing underneath. basta. sayang paolo didn't take a photograph of her while she was walking. ergh. that was a picture to remember for a long time though. T_T a bit disturbing, but funny nevertheless. our last period with miss algebra for the week was anything but good. she sermoned the so-called "magic 7", which includes almost everyone surrounding me except me and misty. haha. well, she was angry at the whole class i think, reaching her boiling point when she asked kenneth what his name was and ken needing to look at his name patch to figure it out. laftrip actually. grr. i'm beginning to hate math because of her. she dares us to report her and get rid of her. someone might just do that. we had music class yesterday. as usual, me and alvin went to the violin room to be taught by miss ruby. it was however, our first glimpse at sir melvin. hahaha. according to humphrey, mabait naman raw. even if he had that weird name. lol. TOM 2 pa rin! i can't wait for the first orchestra club meeting. i wonder how he'll handle it. club promo's in a week, i think. i'm excited to see soph-c perform! a sort of get-together. it'd be nice to see them perform togther again. i miss soph-c talaga.

we had a talk about studying abroad yesterday. this guy that studied in zobel before has a job in the united states now. he's amazing. i hope to be like him in the future, with the good job at such a young age and all. he fulfilled most of his goals before turning 25. that's what i call determination. i wish i could also do that.

he asked me to have this put up so here it goes. a special mention goes to paolo mondelo for his comedic acts in school and err..yun lang. i remember when i saw you last year in the sophomore night. haha. laftrip. that took guts though. oh, thanks for all the hirits in class, that makes the lessons less boring, though more noisy. hindi ko pa rin nakakalimutan yung hirit mo about pontious pilate and of course, your monologue, with the plastic straw and fork. haha. ayan, happy? =))

congratulations to all the medalists last year. lalo na yung ibang swineep halos lahat ng medals sa batch nila. =)) grabe. i'm happy i got what i aimed for a long time ago. i finally proved to my parents that i could be like them, and achieve something i thought was impossible 5 years ago. i'm thankful that i was able to get what i wanted, through hard work and perseverance. i've fulfilled one of my life's goals. even though yeah, highschool has just started, and grades aren't everything, and the real life is still to come, at least, for this moment, i am happy. of course, this doesn't prove anything yet. like the speaker yesterday said, you could be at the bottom of the barrel in hs and still make it big. this is not over, and i must continue. thank you Lord.


we went to town last night to watch batman. i saw johann along the way, and reprimanded him in behalf of the group. kasi naman eh. tsk tsk. anyway, after eating at pancake house for dinner, we did watch batman. it was funny when the sounds suddenly vanished and they had to stop screening for at least 10 minutes to fix the movie. ang daming humirit eh. haha. katie holmes talaga ako forever. i don't know why i liked/like her. ewan. dati i used to tell *ehem* that she looked like katie holmes. ahaha. maybe that's the reason. anyway, batman was okay. it had great special effects, just as gliza and mariel said. it's just like those star wars movies, that when you start from the beginning and continue on to batman returns and batman forever, you'd find yourself discontented at the latter movies because of poorer quality. hahaha.

dreaming about making a chocolate shake isn't good, is it? lol. the dream was cool though, kasi kahit mukhang tae yung shake, masarap daw according to my parents. i've got star wars icons! woohoo! i'm tempted to go to livejournal because of them. ang saya. omg i just saw the "ba barbarians ba ba barbarians" thing in disney channel for the first time. yehey. i'm content now. =))
