last rose of summer...

summer's ending in 2 days. i still can't believe it. i don't want this summer to end..yet. it feels as though all the activities are just starting now. haha. i never actually finished any of my summer goals. i spent most of the time just playing at home and relaxing. i never got the summer activity i wanted to have. haay. anyway, the fact is, in 2 days time, school starts. i'll be facing a bunch of whole new faces to spend the time with for 10 months. the people i spent 6 years of my life with aren't with me in the same clasroom anymore and that's definitely going to be weird. right now i'm very nervous about that, but hopefully my nerves die away. it's going to be tough adjusting though. whee. anyway, yeah, that's it. school year, here we come, i guess.

we had one of the last gimmicks of the summer yesterday in town. it's really going to be weird that in 2 days, i won't be able to call those people my clasmates anymore. anyway. so we watched "a lot like love". i liked the movie, even though it was another romantic flick that had ashton kutcher there again. haha. i just watched guess who 2 times, then here he is again, in another movie T_T. i guess he's really becoming popular then. the other girl had a resemblance to demi moore. maybe they could have a real life thing going on. haha. after all, demi moore's a bit old and that girl's young-er. =)) labo. there were lots of people in town yesterday. a whole lot. i saw plenty of high school students and even grade schoolers roaming around. it was probably because it was the last friday of the summer coupled with the fact that there was a concert thing in the outdoor activity center. town was packed with students, i tell you. anyway, after the movie, we just spent the time talking in the food court. we took this picture. we played in timezone soon thereafter, and had a few races and stuff. most of them played percussion freaks. mga adik talaga. haha. i bought 23 cds for mark's lost season =)) thanks rodney for accompanying me in cd-r king. damn, those women are really slow. it was really fun to be spending time with nika and gelo yesterday. it's too bad that i probably won't see them for a long period of time. gelo: go to the christmas party in my house ok? =)) anyway, we ate ice monster in the food court, and then walked all the way over to delifrance. after finally persuading johann to buy something so that we could stay and sit inside =)), we were all tempted to buy something. i bought beef lasagna. we spent the time there while our numbers dwindled slowly, and finally, when only the 3 of us (gelo, francis, and me) were left, we went outside. gelo had to go, and francis and i walked around town for about 20-30 minutes i guess. haha. it was really hot outside T_T. we met up with my parents, drank in starbucks, and then we went home. it really was a fun day. i'll miss calling them classmates.

2 nights ago i had another paranoid moment. as usual, i got all depressed and stuff. i got over that that same night though. hopefully i don't get that feeling again anytime soon. it's so sad. i should be thankful of what i have in life, and not like that.

i don't know if this would be the last blog i would make during this summer. but if it is, then all my next posts would be shorter. haha. see you all in school!
