murdering mosquitoes are fun

hello. see the title? well it all started in rodney's house yesterday. i went there at around 3 pm to do our t.h.e. first draft. i was a little late arriving at his home since i had to wait for my mom to come back from an event in la mesa dam and i was a little lazy in taking a bath. lol. i just downloaded some computer stuff like this maxthon browser and some other things. haha. anyway, when i got to rodney's home, he was playing ragnarok. adik kasi eh. i spent an hour reading noli me tangere while he was continuing with his playing time. haha. then, we started on our project. we did most of it, but we didn't get to finish it since jebi has the answers to the background of the title and well, he's in the father and son camping right now. haha. so, we'll have to wait for him to come back pa tomorrow. oh well.

oh yeah, rodney ordered from yellow cab yesterday, but we only got to order the cheese pizza since it was a day of abstinence. hehe. the food was of course, good, i mean, it's yellow cab. we ate for around 40 minutes while killing those mosquitoes with our hands and the purple light thing. it was fun, especially when rod caught the mosquito then "offered" it to the light to go to it's FINAL DESTINATION. lol. either it burned and exploded to heaven or burned and fell on the floor, suffering till it died and went to hell. hahaha. weird. anyway, it was fun to kill those bothersome mosquitoes, after all, that's all we could talk about. haha. we ran out of stories to tell.

so anyway, the rest of the day was spent with me reading noli me tangere and rodney continuing with his ragnarok addiction. funny "worms" or um those mud things. tama ba rodney? basta ganon. haha. then i went home at around 8:30 and just surfed the net until i got too sleepy to continue.

today was more of the same, i just read noli (sorry, wala kasi akong magawang iba) haha. hmm, blog hopping rin, because that's all i could do right now, stuck at home.

oh, our concert is coming up on monday. i haven't practiced yet, i'm too lazy to. haha. maybe tomorrow na lang, though i hope i have time because i think we'll be going to tagaytay after the mass. oh well. and as for our t.h.e. project, hopefully jebi arrives tomorrow and we could finish it a.s.a.p. that's all. see yah.

lastly, happy birthday binky! 16 ka na pala, congrats, pwede ka na mag drive. lol. lucky you.

..coz it's all about you, it's all about you Jesus...

that line is from the song/prayer that miss rogador and miss aldea sang in the opening of our concert. it got stuck on my head, and well, i like the song. lol. whee. and it makes me feel better, knowing that God is there to guide me and help me through problems. haha, sabog ko talaga.

anyway, the english humorous speaking contest didn't push through as planned. our class and another class from our batch backed out and sir viroomal thought it was best to call it off for the day, so hmm, oh well. hope they don't blame us for it not commencing. haha. the only good thing was all my fears from the algebra subject faded when we didn't have a lesson. thank god. anyway, we took our computer and chem quizzes today. i gotta say that i totally sucked on the computer quiz, gahd. stupid mistake. the chem quiz was ok, hard at first, but i guess i did ok, or at least, i hope. hmm.

highlight of the day was when we went from computer class to the new t.h.e. building for its "opening". sad to say we already desecrated the building from the first day of its operation. you see, when we cooked, we were rushing since we had to make our german class on time and there were paascu people observing that day. we were the first to use the lab and yet, we just washed the dishes and put them back into the shelves wet. i think other plates weren't even washed. lol, so someone said the lab had cockroaches running around already. so nice. haha. anyway, we were in the pictures as sir sagum cut the ribbon, then we were the ones who opened the building and exhibit. haha. we got to see our works such as the posters and flash ads, as well as the music videos from the freshmen level. whee.

club time didn't push through as planned, instead, we just went to the performing arts theater and watched the grade school strings play their recital. haha. we were treated to minuet songs and stuff, those piano pieces i played. haha, it really shows that i suck in the piano. cant even play the minuet well, weird. stupid fingers. haha.

well that's it. we have to do our t.h.e. project tomorrow. we're stuck at 2 members (i and rodney) because jebi's at father and son and chio's at shangrila hotel. lol. so good luck to us, but at least we have a recipe and procedure already. hooray. going to rodney's house tomorrow for the project (hint: twin peaks) =)) whoo, alright, tc everyone. =)

..kabataan ang susi ng musika

there are only 2 and a half weeks left until the regular school year ends and finals start. thankfully, the chemistry ip defense and the grueling practical stuff in t.h.e. are cancelled already. we won't have to suffer anymore, yehey. of course, teachers are cramming to fit all of their tests in time before the school year ends. oh well, at least sophomore year is almost done, yehey. but i'll miss all my classmates from this year, it has surely been one of the most magical years of my life. thanks for all the memories we've experienced. we have 2 more weeks to go though, so let's make the most of it. =)

in other news, the title of the post is the theme of our week-long music festival. all of the musical groups would have concerts spanning 1 week. the gs/hs chorale played yesterday, we played earlier, the violins shall play tomorrow, and the finale concert is on the 28th. we invite you to go to our concert on the 28th. hehe.

the concert today was more successful than the concert a year before, in my opinion. we played better this year, and rehearsed more, i think. haha. well anyway, we had a whole day of practice in the cpa theater. we practiced along with the jammers. after all preparations, the concert began at 6 pm. it was fun, we got to play songs such as free ride, the drummer, louie louie, you raise me up, and lilo and stitch. we were also entertained by the jammers and the gs beginning band. overall, it was a good event. one person that really caught our attention was martha singson. she was the drummer in "the drummer" piece. she was a really good drummer. whoo. clap clap. oh and of course, dancing to "chicken dance" is just great. LOL.

by the way, elections were yesterday. absolute won straight. hehe. congratulations for them. i never really got to go to the miting de avance since we were practicing for the concert so um, i don't really have a clear reaction to that win. but oh well, good for the people who won. haha. hope you guys do a good job next year.

english competition's tomorrow, hope mark salvan wins! lol. go mark. last competition na ito, we could do it! hehe.

life gives us many problems that we have to deal with. they make us depressed and down at times, but one thing i realize is that we've got to learn to get over these problems and just think positive. we shouldn't let ourselves be more depressed by crying over our problems and keeping everything inside. instead, we should do activities that would make us forget the problems and just concentrate on the good things you have. music is one way of letting go of these. life has been given to you by God, and you should cherish every moment of it. hehe, wala lang. just wanted to post that. take care everyone.

woohoo!!!

hello everyone! yay, this is my first post at my blogger account. im not going to make this blog long, so if you want to see what happened to me from january onwards, and you feel like reading novels, just click here. anyway, on to the real blog

the sophomore night was yesterday, and it was way fun. after dismissal, francis and i waited for my ride so that we could go to town to shop for clothes. my mom arrived at around 5 and we finally went to town. we went around and around and ended up where we came from - people are people. we met mark, jebi, and michael there and francis bought a blue shirt. meanwhile, my mom called me and i ended up buying a red shirt from guess. after that, we went to stephen's house to wash up and dress up for the party.

we came to school at around 6:50 and it seemed like we were one of the first who arrived lol. we saw steven alone inside and so we waited for others to come. chio and bea andaya came, and we talked outside. people started to come by the multitude, and finally, the party "started" at around 7:45. dinner was great! i had 2 servings, but couldn't cope up with dom. lol, he's a monster when it comes to eating. haha. miqui was there too, and joined us for the rest of the night. the bands in the sophomore level played (lol humphrey), while we played around and did the chair carrying thing. lol. then the dancing started.

different songs were played and everyone started to dance on the floor. the highlight was when "happy" was played and everyone jumped up and down. haha. it was fun. cupid cringle came and roses were distributed to the boys to give to their cringles. sadly, not many people came, so the roses were given to any girl. lol. then the dancing continued all throughout the night. i had to leave at 10:45 because my family was sick. but still, i had a lot of fun in the sophomore night. thanks to the parents association for making the event successful and entertaining!
