Haphazard Thoughts

the past will never go away

so yeah. even if you try your best to forget your past, if it had been turbulent or depressing, it always returns. memories always return, whether you like them to or not. sometimes, we find the past in the form of items like your previous toys, testpapers, or letters. sometimes, it comes in the form of words. whatever forms they take, they always seem to come back at an opportune time. well, i got the opportunity to see through someone's past, which also involved myself. i saw pepe's past 2 nights ago, and lots of memories surged through my brain. last year was really an eventful one, and because of school, i forgot many events that happened. with pepe's past, i got a lot of information back. it was nice remembering those things again, even if they're clouded by depression. those were the times where i started being depressed - i think. but oh well, that's over with. i'm thankful i got the chance to see that again. it was actually fun to see that again. anyway, i posted this because of this promise:
dragon_flip24 (12:14:30 AM): promise me something
jlysport (12:14:34 AM): yep?
dragon_flip24 (12:14:37 AM): the next time you blog
dragon_flip24 (12:14:40 AM): you blog about this conversation
jlysport (12:14:40 AM): what?
jlysport (12:14:42 AM): LOL
jlysport (12:14:43 AM): sure

i haven't been productive the past 2 days so i don't have topics to blog about. i've been stuck at home, glued to the chair for 2 days, staring at either the tv or the computer. apart from this, i have a blinding headache. i think i got it from staring too much at these appliances. it's getting tough to look at the screen while i'm typing this right now. anyway, all i've been doing with the pc is chatting, listening to the power rangers theme over and over (lol), and transferring my old blogs to a blogger site. oh, yeah, you could now see my old blogs. there's a link on the sidebar. i blogged so differently then. i actually got the inspiration for that from pepe. so, there, i now have a place to store them in the web.

fifa 2005 is the new game we've been playing rigorously. after one day of re-playing it after months of storage, we got addicted as usual. i spent the whole night playing that, which led to my temples hurting so much. argh. so now i want to lie down in bed and sleep again. whee. i'm going to cut this blog short in a while.

before going to bed last night, i tried out my bluetooth thingy. it worked with my dad, yehey. i used my sister's sim for my phone to work. now my phone's battery is dead, so i have to charge it. but there's no quick need, since i still don't have the sim. whee, i'm getting a little impatient with the sim card, haha. i hope i get it soon. the free tones i got from the stall i got the phone from are really funny. i keep on playing them over and over to annoy my siblings. lol.

my parents have given us chores to do everyday. it's a direct order from them so we can't disobey it. T_T. so anyway, everything's okay except for playing the piano. i never really liked playing the piano, because i always get frustrated while trying to practice a song. my fingers are just not adept to connecting fast enough with my brain. i end up playing a song so slow and with so many mistakes, that i give up. i was never really good at playing music anyway. i spent 6 years practicing the piano, with not much passion, and i never really got the hang of it. at the same time, i keep on getting low grades in music because of my abyssmal flute playing skills. again, i have a hard time reading the notes fast enough and finding the right keys with my fingers. T_T. i guess my fingers are just meant for the keyboard.

i end this up with a survey i got from annal's blogsite. i'm going to die at 73? hmm. that's a pretty ok age to die i guess.

You Will Die at Age 73

73

You're pretty average when it comes to how you live...

And how you'll die as well.
